I’m Jessa!

Over twenty years ago, I started attending events with the Society for Creative Anachronism and making clothes for those events.  I branched out to other festivals that focused on goddess spirituality, personal development, the magic of relationships, and the power of women’s friendships to change the world. Along the way I met and began to collaborate with other artists.  You may have met us at DragonCon, GenCon, Pennsic, Frolicon, Drums in the Swamp , several Renaissance Festivals, fairy,  pagan, or other events. Really thousands of small events over the years where I get to hang out with cool people.

My regular website, Ohjessa.com is where I sell my handmade things as well as items I source and bring with me to events to help complete outfits. I love playing in fabrics, using needle & thread & heart to paint with color, texture, and pattern creating something fun for the playful dancing spirits who shop here.   I’m based out of Baton Rouge these days but travel all over.  If you have an event that you think would be a good fit be sure to let me know, I love meeting my customers in person!!!
